The management andor training staff are incompetent. For example, the menu for burgers and wraps clearly states that all come with fries since it says comes with fries or salad at the top of the section, yet every server Ive ordered it from has told me only the angus burger comes with fries (see attached photo of their menu). When I point out this oversight I have gotten attitude every single time from servers. Its not about the money.. but insulting the intelligence of your customers when you are clearly wrong is embarrassing. At the core, this is a problem with management. Either they are not capable of hiring servers with brain cells or they themselves dont have any since they dont see the glaring issues with their menu. I wouldnt write this review but this is the 4th time this exact same thing has happened and Ive told the server bring it up to management over the course of 2 months and nothing has changed. Its confusing and only leads to arguments and awkward scenarios like these where I have tried to be courteous and give valuable feedback only to be given attitude and treated like I am the problem. I ordered a burger. Its not complicated. Aside from this, the food is generally okay, and the restaurant itself is very nice. It just seems like the people who run the place are phoning it in.
