The Grandview Tavern and Grill

Im visiting from out of town and we decided to visit the Grandview Tavern because their menu looked like it had something for everyone. We got there, ordered our drinks and salads plus an appetizer. We waited. I could see that it was busy and there was one bar tender. Im fine when we have to wait but the bartender dropped off our drinks, went behind the bar, and was socializing with what I assumed were her regulars. We waited. And waited. She never touched base with us, never apologized. Nothing. She eventually was heading out the door to the customers on the patio and took enough time to say I saw you looking at me but Im busy and basically proceeded to go on about how busy she was from the middle of the bar. She chastised us for being curious about our order. It was really unprofessional and Ill be sure to never visit there again. Working with the public can be difficult but you have the choice to offer good customer service whether youre busy or not. Honestly, I think she forgot to put our order in and did nothing to mitigate the situation.

Definitivamente un lugar al que visitaré en base a la creación de redes en línea conociendo al personal allí. La cultura amigable que he visto es muy diferente a la de cualquier bar en las ciudades más pobladas. Sin embargo, necesitan servir refrescos Squirt para aquellos a quienes no les gusta la cafeína con su vodka. Aún así, 5 de 5 para un personal amable.

Gran ubicación y ambiente. Excelentes hamburguesas y las mejores papas fritas que he probado en mucho tiempo. El resto del menú también se ve sabroso. Comimos afuera en un hermoso y cálido día de finales de invierno. El servicio fue rápido y amigable. ¡El lunes es día de hamburguesas a mitad de precio!

He comido algunas cosas de aquí antes y estaba bastante bien, pero la hamburguesa estaba bien. El bollo simplemente no era sostenible para la hamburguesa y la hamburguesa necesitaba condimento. El cantinero fue agradable, pero tomó MUCHO tiempo conseguirnos nuestra cuenta ya que la comida para llevar de mi esposo estaba sentada allí y se estaba enfriando. . . Volveré ya que el ambiente es bueno y los empleados son amables, solo necesitan trabajar más rápido servicio y sus hamburguesas 🙂
