I don’t even know what to say - we had the BEST EXPERIENCE!! We made potions, had incredible food, and the staff is next-level! Emily was our waitress, and she was fantastic. Also, Professor William Hanover Stone was the catalyst to this - he is so funny and amazing. Cannot wait to go back and recommend this experience to all of our hotel guests!

¡Lugar asombroso! Mi amigo y yo tuvimos una buena experiencia aquí. Reservamos una clase de pociones y nos divertimos mucho. El personal fue increíblemente amable y nos gustó mucho el hecho de que pudimos preparar todos los cócteles desde cero. Estaban súper deliciosos y la comida también era buena. También nos regalaron sombreros de bruja. En general, fue increíble. Realmente recomiendo este lugar.

This event definitely disappointed me. I was so excited as I went on my birthday and waited several years to attend. Everything was dirty I found pieces of substances in the jars, my drinking glass, lid of jar, Catherines wheel etc. Luckily, I bring disinfectant and wipes because I had to clean the items in order for me to use them. There are 2 pour options and 3 options to create. The process to create them was fun as the jars has runic symbols and to see them clearly you had to place them on a light located on the house. Using the wand for various things was also entertaining but we arent able to keep it. Creating my reservation I took a quiz that was on my confirmation email on what wand was for me and in turn I thought that was a souvenir. I only enjoyed the mead and did not enjoy the Dragons Blood shot or Time Transfixed potion(lovely aroma). Blood Boiling Curse was decent after the potion master added simple syrup. I thought it was 1hr and 45min of entertainment with various characters but you are left on your own the majority of the time. I enjoyed using the runic symbols to identify the various bottles and using the various equipment . William from Dublin came towards the end and he made us laugh and have a much more memorable experience. Would not return unfortunately.

Ill start off by saying the actual potion making was fun. I definitely enjoyed it. However, there were only 3 potion (drink) options. And for the price we paid I would not go again. I had expected we would be able to order actual food, but was disappointed when we could only order startersappetizers. And the options werent your average go to foods. For instance they had beyond meat skewers and some spicy popcorn shrimp. Im not a super picky eater, but the only thing I liked was the bacon cheese fries. The menu stated they have chicken tenders available on the day we were there so I asked if I could have those and was told they are only for kids. We ended up having to eat afterwards. And it wasnt until after we left that we realized the bill they gave us didnt add up. Our food was $20 and they added an 18% gratuity and the bill was somehow $40. I wish we looked more closely before leaving. We will not be returning
