Please DO NOT waste your money here. Shocking and awful Service! Booked a table and they had the cheek to make me put my card details in for a cancellation fee in case of a no show, yet they cant even provide an adequate service. No staff would come to us to take an order or give us the bill which we requested twice. Do not waste your money here because customer service is not their top priority. Took nearly an hour for drinks to arrive.

An absolute no from me. Last night I had a reservation at this rooftop bar for my birthday which I put as a note when reserving the table. I guess that is not something that the staff cares about since they didn’t even have a designated table for us and we had to move after also I don’t really think anyone really reads these notes. Honestly, me and my friend are people who visit many restaurants and bars and this has been one the most unfortunate experiences I have had in London so far. The staff was unprofessional, slow and lacked social skills. My food came wrongfully cooked so I had to send it back which resulted into waiting more. There were some girls also celebrating but were extremely loud and obnoxious and no one did anything about it. Overall disappointed with the place and would not recommend or go back. I believe that for the image they are trying to portray the performance was nowhere near. If you want to charge such prices you gotta make sure that you are providing the best atmosphere and staff.

Un lugar acogedor y elegante sin ser demasiado elegante; cócteles increíbles (¡el Big Ben también se ha experimentado en toda la vida!) y una pequeña selección de comida para disfrutar de la hermosa vista de Leicester Square y los tejados de Londres. La entrada ascensor es realmente difícil de encontrar ya que está fusionada con el Indigo Hotel, justo al otro lado de la tienda M & Ms en esta pequeña calle sin salida.

preciosas vistas. Gran tarde y noche. No recomendaría desayunar cocinado. Tenía panqueques americanos con tocino crujiente. Panqueques fuera del paquete y no calentado correctamente. somos duros. el tocino estaba flácido. Es una pena porque no es barato quedarse y las bebidas por la noche no son baratas.

The views across London were very nice and the staff were friendly. The vibe wasnt really what my wife and I were after, but it may be to others liking. The place was a bit run down and the DJ was playing some pretty awful house music. It would probably be a good place for a party after 11pm, but for a casual drink at 7pm, I would recommend pretty much any other rooftop bar in London
