Horrendous service. Lady with brown curly hair is really rude and has an attitude. First, they forgot my cappuccino. 15 minutes later, after people behind me in line got their order already, I went to the desk to ask. I also asked and paid for a latte with oat milk, however upon asking, that lady made it with regular milk. No sorry or apology whatsoever and I had to wait even longer for the new drink. Today we came with 4 people and two of us got their order quickly, while the other two had to wait for their order for 20 mins longer because the croissants weren’t baked yet. Waitress first wanted to give us the breakfast without the croissants, hoping we wouldn’t notice. Then she tried blaming it on us, saying that we should have informed them that we are sitting together. But we literally made the order together?! Again, rude and no sorry or apology. Just disgraceful and unacceptable. Don’t expect any customer service or friendliness here.

Aunque los precios son un poco más altos que en la plaza de comida, son comparables con los precios de los restaurantes normales.
